Christmas was different this year. It fell on a Sunday which was wonderful. It was so fun to go to church and invite the spirit to join our day. The down side was how early church was...8:00am. I was dragging them out of bed at 7:30 bribing them with presents. Quinn's response, "I have to sleep. Santa only sees me when I'm sleeping. Leave me alone!!" My kids are not early birds. We did make it and we were on time.
I had to play 2 Piano numbers for the program. I was very glad to be done!
The kids loved Christmas morning. It was wonderful. They were grateful, thoughtful, and loving. It was a wonderful day. I am so so grateful I have children. They bring the magic back for me!
