What a fun weekend we had. Adam was able to get work off on Friday, so Thursday night we headed down to St. George. The first day was spent at the park, the pool, lunch from Tom's Deli, naps, puzzles, the Pizza Factory, hiking the 'dixie' rock, butterscotch dipped cones, and a beautiful walk/bike ride... fantastic day.

For some funny reason when I took this picture, Anna made a surprised face. I thought it was so funny....then she made it in every picture there after!

The next morning we got up, ate breakfast, and headed down to Leeds for our favorite hike that is supposed to be a secret. Too bad half of st. george was there. Regardless the kids had a blast. The water was high and we got there before the crowds.
Odd pose, but I think she is weirded out by the feel of the rocks and sand...hopefully!

After our hike we got some lunch and headed back over to the pool.
Before our first day at the pool, we went to old navy to get some sunglasses. Success!
Later we took the kids to Fiesta Fun. They rode the kiddie go-karts but the steering wheels were really hard to turn. The guy just told me to hop on the back and steer for him...ok?!
Anna got Q to open his mouth for this picture. so funny.
This picture made me smile. You know how when you sleep on an air mattress regardless of how great it is, you gotta fill it up with air after the 2nd night?! Well this was after the 3rd night. The kids slept in a hammock. They didn't move the whole night. Best night of sleep had by all!
Absolutely wonderful weekend. The weather was ideal, the children were happy, husband was/is perfect... doesn't get much better than that! Thank you St. George for more fabulous memories.

What a perfect weekend! You guys are seriously the cutest little family. I kinda want to know about your secret hike in Leeds - it looks gorgeous!
What a perfect get-a-way! Love the "surprised" look on Anna's face in the temple pic. You've gotta get that one up on the wall! And the hiking in a swimsuit + sneakers is classic :) Way to take charge of that go-cart! Reminds me of you in a go-cart commercial many years ago....! The pic of you + the kiddos in your shades should be a framer too-- priceless!!
xoxo
Your little family is so cute Claire!
